Azimut

Azimut hosts two stages on SHIP Festival, AZIMUT inside and GREEN STAGE in front of Azimut.

Azimut was founded in 2013. Today, Azimut operates as a Club with a concert hall and a Gallery with a large exhibition space. Azimut spans over 500m², and the concert hall has a capacity of 200 visitors. Azimut is the central grassroots music venue in Šibenik and the epicenter of the city’s alternative cultural life, of undeniable importance to the community. Over the years, it has hosted prominent names from the local scene such as Psihomodo Pop, Mile Kekin, and Elemental; from the regional scene such as Kanda Kodža i Nebojša, KOIKOI, and Koala Voice; as well as several notable international acts, including Algiers and Rhapsody of Fire. In 2022, Azimut received the Šibenik City Award for its outstanding contribution to the development of the cultural scene and the social life of the city. Since 2022, it has been a member of EEnlarge Europe, a community of European grassroots music venues.

Azimut je osnovan 2013. godine. Danas u sklopu Azimuta djeluje Klub s koncertnom dvoranom i Galerija s velikim izložbenim prostorom. Azimut se prostire na više od 500m2, a koncertna dvorana je kapaciteta 200 posjetitelja. Azimut je središnji nezavisni klub Šibenika i epicentar alternativnog kulturnog života grada od neosporive važnosti za zajednicu. Svih ovih godina ugostio je velika imena domaće scene: Psihomodo Pop, Mile Kekin, Elemental, regionalne scene: Kanda Kodža i Nebojša, KOIKOI, Koala Voice, ali i nekoliko značajnih internacionalih gostovanja: Algiers, Rhapsody of Fire. Azimut je 2022. Dobitnik Nagrade Grada Šibenika za izniman doprinos razvoju kulturne scene i društvenog života grada. Od 2022. član EEnlarge Europe, zajednice europskih nezavisnih klubova.
