J.R. August, whose real name is Nikola Vranić, is a leading musical talent in the region. He has won as many as 10 Porin awards, 5 Rock&Off awards, and the Music Pub Zlatko Turkalj award. After a 10-year career during which he released 4 albums, J.R. August, along with his band, has become one of the best live performers in the region, as evidenced by the Porin award for Best Live Album in 2020 and sold-out concerts in clubs and concert halls across Croatia. This year, J.R. celebrates 10 years of his career and marks it with a series of concerts throughout the country and region.
