Woomb is a duo based in Sofia and London, featuring young singer-songwriter Hristo Yordanov and composer/producer Gueorgui Linev, aka Kan Wakan. After a random encounter at a house party, they found a shared love for artists like Cocteau Twins, Björk, Slowdive and Portishead. At the end of 2023, they played their first gigs and released debut single ‘Last Rays’, accompanied by a video combining Bulgarian pagan symbols, Greek mythology and biblical elements. Their debut EP is out in October 2024. Woomb is nominated for the Music Moves Europe Awards 2025.
