After producing across Croatia’s indie and alternative music scene, Mark Mrakovčić stepped into the spotlight as an artist. His 2020 debut Breeding Black Sheep marked that shift, moving him from behind the desk to the stage with a raw, self-built solo project rooted in garage indie rock, psychedelic pop and grunge. A highly personal record, it captures a period of change, with Mrakovčić handling everything from writing and recording to production, mixing and mastering. Following its release, the project expanded into a live band formed with musicians from the same scene he had long collaborated with.
