Jesper Skibsby is a trailblazer in the music industry, serving as the CEO and Founder of WARM (World Airplay Radio Monitor). In 2017, WARM emerged from Copenhagen, Denmark, with a powerful vision at its core – to unlock the value of radio, and provide global and transparent radio airplay data to the music industry and artists.
Jesper Skibsby’s journey into the independent music realm began in 2010 when he launched his own label and management company. This propelled him into the heart of the industry, immersing him in the diverse landscape of music creation, promotion, artist representation, touring and building artists. Skibsby’s passion for championing independent music further manifested through his active role as a board member in DUP (association of independent record labels in Denmark) for three years. In this capacity, he diligently advocated for the interests of independent record labels in Denmark. In 2025, he launched getWARM electronic music conference in Lisbon.
