Michal Berezňák has been working as the event manager at Refinery Gallery, one of the biggest venues in Bratislava, for more than 10 years. He worked as a production manager at dozens of concerts (Iron Maiden, Dianne Reeves, The Cinematic Orchestra and more) and festivals (Pohoda, Grape Festival, Uprising Festival, Bratislava jazz days and more).
Michal Berezňák is also a promoter and one of the founders of the LALA Slovak Music Export NGO, a non-profit organization aiming to create a concept of long-term support and presentation of the Slovak music scene abroad. He is a co-founder and director of the SHARPE festival and conference and a member of many expert groups managed by the Ministry of Culture.
