Andrea Ljekaj is a multi-award-winning musician, producer, and artist known for his diverse and innovative style. A true creative nomad—born in Belgrade, shaped in Berlin, and now based in Zagreb—Andrea creates works that transcend boundaries, merging different cultures and influences. His artistry has taken him to numerous global and European destinations, including London, Berlin, Hamburg, Venice, Dubai, Ibiza, Münster, Leipzig, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Ljubljana, and many other cities.
In 2019, he began collaborating with the Berlin-based record label Get Physical Music on the Croatia Gets Physical project, aimed at promoting local artists through a series of releases and events across Croatia. He founded ATJE, a unique concept and record label dedicated to contemporary music and design. In early 2025, he released the critically acclaimed album “Terapiya”, featuring twelve original compositions created at the ATJE studio in Zagreb.
The album made a significant impact, garnering attention from both domestic and international media. Beyond the music itself, Andrea designed the visual identity of the label and the Terapiya album while also launching complementary products such as t-shirts, prints, matches, and ATJE chocolate—a fusion of top-tier Croatian design, music, and culinary artistry. With his distinctive artistic approach, innovative creativity, and relentless drive to push boundaries, Andrea Ljekaj is a name that will continue to resonate on the global stage.
