1,487 ARTISTS FROM 76 COUNTRIES SET THEIR SIGHTS ON SHIP 2026

SHIP Festival has closed its open call with record-breaking interest: 1,487 artists from 76 countries want to perform in Šibenik!

Applications for the fourth edition of the festival, returning to Šibenik from September 10–13, arrived from across Europe and far beyond — North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Africa.

Last year we received more than 1,300 applications, which confirmed that SHIP had established itself across Europe and beyond. This year, the numbers have once again exceeded our expectations. A demanding listening process lies ahead, and we’re excited to discover the artists who will take over Šibenik’s stages this September,” the organisers said.

SHIP stays true to its core mission: spotlighting bold new music and creating direct bridges between artists and the music industry. However, the festival is not reserved solely for professionals. Across four days, music lovers will experience carefully curated concerts at six locations throughout the city, offering a snapshot of what is currently happening on the European and regional scenes — from emerging names to acts ready for major stages.

Beyond the stages, SHIP delivers a sharp conference programme built around industry dialogue and practical exchange.

Last year’s edition featured 114 speakers from 33 countries and welcomed more than 650 music professionals from 54 countries worldwide, further cementing SHIP’s position as one of Europe’s most dynamic and promising showcase festivals.

With anticipation building, Super Early Bird tickets and Super Early Bird Pro Passes are already available via Entrio.

See you in Šibenik!
