Alexandre has been working at Les Docks since January 2015 and has been active in the live music industry for over 13 years. His background is in socio-cultural work. He holds a Bachelor of Arts HESSO in Social Work, which he later complemented with a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Socio-Cultural Management of Music and a diploma in Event Safety and Crowd Management. He regularly attends conferences and short courses to strengthen his skills, deepen his reflections, and adjust his day-to-day work. As Production Manager, he brings the values and experience gathered throughout his career. He is involved in the program supporting the local Swiss music scene and in areas related to artist hospitality and event security.
