Guna Zučika is the CEO of the music company Every Little Thing, which collaborates with leading Latvian musicians on local and international projects. The company operates across various music sectors, including label services, booking, and consulting. Guna holds a Master’s degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and brings her expertise to academia as a lecturer in music business at the Latvian Academy of Culture and the Latvian Academy of Music. In addition to her professional and educational roles, Guna serves as a board member of the Latvian Music Export Office, a council member of the Latvian Performers’ and Producers’ Association (LaIPA), and a member of the Music Council of the Ministry of Culture in Latvia. Guna also serves as the conference curator for the inaugural edition of Riga Music Week, a new music conference and showcase festival in Riga, Latvia, from 2–6 November. She continues to champion Latvian music’s development and international reach through her multifaceted work.
