Márk Bóna is a Budapest-based freelance event manager and booker. He started working at Sziget in 2004 and still works for Sziget Festival as a booker. He is also part of the production team of Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound. Márk has been the program coordinator of the Sziget Festival since 2004 for many years. Then, he switched departments and became the production manager of all the company’s events. Since 2015, he has been the booker of Europe Stage and the recently created rap and hip-hop stage called dropYard, which was a success in 2022 and 2023. So keep up the good work. Besides festivals, Márk is involved in workshops and training for music managers, and he has a course about festival organising.
