Westside Music is an independent company supporting the indie music scene, its businesses, and artists from Gothenburg and the Västra Götaland region. Founded and managed by Mattias Tell, Westside operates as a small yet hardworking office of two people, dedicated to building a stronger platform and expanding the international presence of the local music community. Representing 55 local partners who are active in the region, Westside works to amplify their voices through live shows, media projects, and release support, always with a focus on collaboration and Visibility. The company also produces Viva Sounds – an international club festival and indie music conference that closes out the year with a packed weekend of live performances, conversations, and get-togethers. It’s a pretty cool way to end the year.
