Max Lagewaard has been active in the music industry for over 15 years, working with Mojo Concerts, Topbillin’, and Paradiso. She is a senior programmer at Melkweg, primarily focusing on hip-hop and R&B programming. In addition to her role at Melkweg, she is a playlist curator for Kollekt.fm and serves on the board of Backstage Pass.
