Mila Georgieva is one of the most active Bulgarian professionals in culture management, popularisation and promotion of the Bulgarian music scene around Europe and beyond. She graduated from the National Music School in Sofia as a classical pianist and continues her university education in mass communications, music production, and management. She started her work as an artist manager in 2010 as head of the “Talent Management” department in the Bulgarian branch of Central European Media Enterprises, owned by Time Warner.
Over the years, she and her team have managed over 40 musicians and actors. Mila is currently a vice-president of the board of the Bulgarian Music Association (BMA), responsible for the organisation’s International activities. Since 2020, she has been a project manager of the MOST project for the Bulgarian Music Association and a Conference Producer of the SoAlive Music Conference (SAMC) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Since June 2023, is a board member of the European Music Council. Her professional experience includes her work with the of A to Z Foundation – the organiser of the most significant jazz festival in Bulgaria – A to JazZ Festival, as an International relations and project manager; the film and videogame music production and recording company “Four for Music” which works with clients such as Lucas Films, HBO, BBC, Netflix, Creative Assembly, Gameloft and many more international projects in the field of music, arts, culture and education.
