Nikolina is a gaming industry professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. Before becoming a serial entrepreneur, she worked in leadership roles for companies like Nokia and Rovio. Today, Nikolina runs a consultancy company, Rebel Studio. She’s an EinS ambassador, EIC leadership mentor, guest lecturer, speaker, and published author. Besides games, Nikolina has been heavily involved in championing inclusivity and diversity, frequently talking about and consulting on the topic. She worked on over 20 games in her career, including hits like Angry Birds and RuPaul Drag Race Superstars.
