Paulina founded raspberry soda, a music agency and label specialising in communication strategies. In recent years, she has helped improve structures within the Austrian music industry through various roles, including conference manager at Waves Vienna, project manager at the Austrian Music Fund, and as a board member of VTMÖ, IMPALA, and LSG. Looking ahead to 2025, she is developing LIME, a European capacity-building programme focused on the live music industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
