Paulina Sylwin is a music industry professional with over 20 years of experience. Her current role, within the world’s leading music company Universal Music Group, is an International & Digital Operations Director for Central East Europe. Based in the Universal Music Poland Warsaw office, she is also a General Manager for the Universal Music Western Balkans. Her set of skills, including in-depth knowledge of the whole digital and marketing ecosystem, paves the way for artists’ careers to both local and global success, especially in this ever-changing music world of ours. Working for all the major music companies throughout her career led her to an understanding of how artists, with the record labels as their partners, can turn the tide in their favour.
