Tanya Stadnyk makes sure big ideas turn into well-executed projects as the Director of Operations at Music Export Ukraine (MEU) – a non-profit helping Ukrainian artists build international presence. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Project Manager at MEU, developing and leading initiatives such as the Eastern European Music Academy (EEMA) – a 12-week music business training program for young music professionals from Central and Eastern Europe. Since its launch, EEMA has trained 280 professionals from 15 countries, released a collaborative EP, partnered with nine international organisations and 20+ world-class experts, and organised four alumni delegations to international music business events.
Before diving into the music world, Tanya sharpened her organisational strategy and fundraising skills through her roles as Head of Non-Profit Development at 42 Prague, a non-profit coding institute, and Secretary-General of Youth and Environment Europe, a network of 42 environmental organisations across 23 countries. In these positions, she led the creation of core operational structures and secured funding.
