Virgo Sillamaa is a music policy researcher and consultant from Estonia, currently based in Brussels. With 20+ years of experience in the music sector, he is the Research Coordinator of EMEE and a board member at the Estonian Authors’ Society. He also coordinates research in the “Europe in Synch” and “Better Live” projects. He’s also a junior lecturer of creative project management at the Tartu University Viljandi Cultural Academy and is pursuing a PhD studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
