Filip Košťálek is an experienced artistic director and cultural producer with over a decade in the international music and festival scene. He has curated major lineups for renowned events, such as Colours of Ostrava, the largest global music festival in the Czech Republic, featuring 4 days of programming, over 50,000 attendees, 8 music stages, 7 discussion stages, and more than 120 bands from around the world. Filip’s work bridges genres and cultures, bringing cutting-edge global talent to new audiences. He has collaborated with celebrated artists and was honoured with the European Festival Award, named among IQ Magazine’s New Bosses, and featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.
