JóZSEF HALMEN

Jozsef Halmen is a concert and festival organiser, promoter, booking agent, and former member of a touring funk band. Based in Berlin, he currently works as a booking agent for F-cat Productions, where he collaborates with a diverse roster of artists across world music, pop, jazz, and beyond, including Goran Bregović, Fatoumata Diawara, Fulu Miziki, and Sorvina. Alongside his work in Germany, he also runs his own Romanian-based agency, Stairway Booking. In addition, he serves as the musical curator of Mumush Festival, a friendly DIY festival in Romania with a capacity of around 2,000 visitors.
