MAšA PAVOKOVIć

Maša Pavoković has spent nearly two decades working across PR, strategic communications and music management, connecting artists, audiences and ideas. She co-runs LAMA Music Agency, overseeing digital distribution for some of Slovenia’s most successful artists, while remaining active in music management and event production.

Her focus is increasingly on projects that move the scene forward: building connections, reaching new audiences and creating new platforms. These include DadaDisko, a sold-out family clubbing concept where toddlers, kids and parents share the dancefloor, and CIKCAK Concerts, educational live music matinees for children. She co-created Špil liga, a unique high school band competition that has supported young talent for over 13 years, and coordinates New Faces, connecting the next generation of music professionals across the Balkans. Her journey began with MTV and Slovenia’s national broadcaster and led her to developing acts such as freekind., Koala Voice and Pantaloons, working with Magnifico, and handling PR for major regional festivals including EXIT and Sea Star. Driven by curiosity, she listens to the scene and responds with ideas that move it forward.
