OLEKSANDR VOLKOVINTSEV

Oleksandr Volkovintsev is a Berlin-based Ukrainian music manager, entrepreneur and co-founder of Geisha Ninja Samurai, a talent management and music company working across artist development, international strategy, live music, synchronization and cultural partnerships. With more than ten years of experience in music, entertainment and the creative industries, he has worked with artists including Jamala, KAZKA, LAUD, INGRET and TONKA, and has held roles across artist management, label operations, venue programming and creative production.

At GNS, Oleksandr works with a growing roster led by Ziferblat and Masha Kondratenko. Ziferblat represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 and finished ninth in the Grand Final. GNS also handled music supervision for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, helping to shape the game’s extensive Ukrainian in-game radio catalogue. The company is now expanding beyond music into wider talent representation, working with artists Alice Change and Nicholas Mats, as well as Olympic artistic swimming medallists Maryna and Vladyslava Aleksiiva.

Active across Europe’s showcase and conference ecosystem, Oleksandr has represented projects at ESNS, Reeperbahn Festival, Tallinn Music Week, Waves Vienna, Prague Music Week, Music Week Poland and ReConnect. He has spoken about music synchronisation and sustainable artist management, helped create a GNS panel at ESNS 2026, and was invited to join the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN jury. His work focuses on building sustainable international careers for Ukrainian and Eastern European talent and creating practical bridges between local scenes and the wider European music market. His experience includes developing artists, negotiating partnerships, building international strategies, producing live projects and creating opportunities through synchronisation, gaming, cultural collaborations and talent representation.
