Saskhia Menendez is a multi-racial trans artist, speaker, and music industry advocate with over a decade of experience championing equity, diversity, and inclusion across the global music ecosystem. As the host of the Music Industry Insights Worldwide podcast, she has interviewed industry leaders and emerging talent from around the world, creating vital conversations around representation and access.

Saskhia is the founder of the Global Trans Charter for the Music Industry, an initiative designed to create safer, more inclusive environments for trans and non-binary people across the sector. Her work spans public speaking, mentoring, and consultancy, and she has contributed to key industry discussions, including government-led inquiries into misogyny in music.
